In the waning months of the Clinton administration, Garrison Keillor brought his nonpareil radio show, A Prairie Home Companion, to Tanglewood, inaugurating a tradition that would last until the end of the show seventeen years later. We covered all of them, except for 2007, when we were drawn to Bethel Woods, for the opportunity to catch a Bob Dylan show at the site of Woodstock.

One of these days, we’ll get ’round to collecting our APHC reflections in an essay. Until then, suffice it to say that the first show was awesome, and it kept getting better!
